Will learning and designing my workouts be hard?

The lectures are created to be for both beginners and prior causal gymgoers who know a thing or two (or are total newbies who’ve never been to a gym or feel intimated to go to one). The course is designed to be easy to comprehend and with just enough science explanations that aid in understanding in effective workout development.

What equipment is required?

This largely depends on your fitness goals and how you create your workout routine, your abilities and even preferences. All which will be discussed in detail in the course, so don't you worry!

How is this different from other courses on fitness?

This isn't just another course that a trainer shows you what to do and you follow their routine to a T. This course is on the principels and steps to creating your OWN workout that gets you the results you want, at your time and to your abilities. What many people don't realize is taking on a "5 week intensive challenge" can lead to injury, inconsistency, boredom, and many times are not lead by certrified trainers. They also don't cater to a viewer's indvidual differences, experience level and interests, which matters a lot!
